Hey yall, I know we haven’t checked in for a while.. We’ve just been having too much fun serving up the folks lining up to fill their bellies..
Anyways, I wanted to share this nice review written by Mark O’Brien of Bali Food and Fun:
I’d say it’s pretty darn accurate. Well, except the fact that we are now serving our newest addition to the menu: Exclusive Smokehouse Sausage!
Things are Smokin’ at Smokehouse BBQ Bali
Now Open For Lunch and Dinner: 12:00pm until 11:00pm! Come by just for a beer and hang out. We are now serving the only low and slow smoked authentic Texas BBQ in Bali: Beef Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, Pulled Pork, Chopped Beef. Not to mention our Pulled pork, Chopped Beef and Brisket Sandwiches and an assortment of Texas style sides.
We are very happy with the response so far!

We treat our staff like family, because without them, where would we be? Since opening in January it has been a wild ride for sure. As you may know, doing business in Bali is not always easy.. But we can only be proud of the amazing effort our staff has put in to make Smokehouse BBQ a success!

Through rain, sun and snow (ok maybe not so much snow) we are open Tuesday through Sunday 12:00pm until late. We serve only barbeque smoked the very same day you get it, because that is just the Texas way, only the best gets served here. Be sure to get here before the dinner rush is over, or you may be left in the dust!
Quiz Night Thursdays!
No hard sell here, but we have a few good used cars if you’re interested.. No but really. Come on down for a raucous good time on our quiz nights. We are starting a culture of low brow, get down and dirty fun! In Texas we are known to be on the loud side, sometimes we even break stuff, but mostly we just have a good ol’ time! Quiz nights is the beginning of Smokehouse’s casual events.
We’re not open yet, and Texas BBQ is drawing a crowd! The beat mag knows good BBQ when it sees it!
